ExecutionProof® Governance Standard

Platform Capabilities

Every feature built on one principle: If it cannot be verified, it cannot execute.

The same governance primitives that verify food recovery, AI decisions, and payment controls — applied to every treasury operation.

The Six Governance Primitives

Every treasury operation passes through six verification stages before execution. No exceptions. No shortcuts.

Authority

Identity & Authorization Verification

Every treasury action begins with cryptographic identity verification. Who is requesting this disbursement? Are they authorized for this amount? Multi-factor authentication, role-based access, and session integrity — all verified before a single dollar moves.

Multi-factor identity verification
Role-based access control
Session integrity validation
Delegation chain verification
Policy

Rule & Compliance Enforcement

Treasury operations are evaluated against configurable policy engines. Disbursement limits, jurisdictional rules, internal approval workflows, segregation of duties — all enforced automatically, all logged immutably.

Configurable disbursement thresholds
Segregation of duties enforcement
Multi-level approval workflows
Regulatory compliance automation
State

Pre-Execution State Capture

Before execution, the system captures a complete state snapshot: account balances, reserve positions, pending obligations, counterparty exposure. This creates an immutable baseline against which the operation is measured.

Account balance verification
Reserve position analysis
Counterparty exposure check
State hash generation
Risk

Real-Time Risk Assessment

Every treasury operation passes through multi-dimensional risk scoring: concentration analysis, liquidity checks, exposure calculations, and anomaly detection. Risk is quantified before execution, not discovered after.

Concentration risk analysis
Liquidity stress testing
Exposure limit monitoring
Anomaly detection scoring
Proof

Cryptographic Evidence Generation

The EVR is generated — a SHA-256 + SHA-512 dual-hash cryptographic proof containing every verification step, timestamp, and governance decision. This is audit-ready, tamper-proof, permanent evidence.

SHA-256 + SHA-512 dual-hash
Timestamped witness chains
Full evidence payload capture
Court-admissible format
Execution

Verified Treasury Execution

Only after all five preceding primitives are satisfied does the treasury action execute. The execution itself is recorded, and the completed EVR is sealed — creating an immutable record of a fully governed operation.

Conditional execution gates
Post-execution state verification
EVR sealing & immutable storage
Webhook & integration triggers

Additional Capabilities

Escrow Governance

Multi-checkpoint escrow with verification gates at each milestone. Funds release only when all proof conditions are satisfied.

Recurring Operations

Scheduled treasury operations each receive independent EVRs. Every cycle is independently verified and sealed.

Multi-Party Operations

Multi-entity treasury operations generate individual EVRs per party. Every counterparty receives their own cryptographic receipt.

Evidence Packs

Download complete evidence bundles: PDF receipts, JSON evidence payloads, and full audit trail exports for compliance.

Immutable Records

Evidence preserved in tamper-proof storage. Once an EVR is sealed, it cannot be altered or destroyed.

API & Integrations

RESTful API with webhook integrations for ERP systems, treasury management platforms, and accounting software.

Security & Infrastructure

Enterprise-grade infrastructure designed for regulated financial environments.

FIPS 140-2 HSM Architecture

Designed for hardware security module key management. No software key extraction in production deployment.

SOC 2 Type II Architecture

Built to SOC 2 Type II controls covering security, availability, processing integrity, and confidentiality. Formal audit planned.

Immutable Evidence Storage

Write-once storage with geographic redundancy across three availability zones. EVRs cannot be altered post-seal.

Multi-Region Deployment

Deploy in US, EU, or APAC regions to meet data residency requirements. Private cloud and on-premise options available.

Zero-Knowledge Architecture

Verification proofs generated without exposing underlying transaction data. Privacy by design.

Enterprise SLA

Designed for enterprise service level agreements with dedicated support, guaranteed response times, and financial remedies.

Compliance & Standards

TreasuryProof is built on the RF-100 ExecutionProof® Standard — the same governance framework applied across all Remnant Fieldworks applications.
